Uganda Trip: Day 7

Day 7 was a continuation from Day 6 with reading stories, making crafts, and playing games with the kids at Calo Me Lare...

This is a video of the kids singing the National Uganda School Anthem. (You can read the lyrics here.) Looooooove!!!

In the afternoon, I got to spend time with my small group of girls again. They wanted to play Candy Land one more time then we painted finger nails. I could tell they had done it before but they still loved having their nails painted. Even some of the teachers wanted their toe nails painted ;-)

Tracy! You can read about Tracy from my last trip here: http://steppingoutsideofmybox.blogspot.com/2011/01/uganda-trip-day-10.html

We have enjoyed so much working with the kids and getting to know their little personalities. Even though there is a bit of a language barrier, there is no barrier between love and having fun together. Such sweet kids and I look forward to seeing where God takes them in life!
